Shea Arender is a distinguished figure in the music world, celebrated for his artistic vision and exceptional leadership. As the CEO and owner of the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra, Shea has transformed the organization with groundbreaking programming and dynamic performances. He is also the composer behind all of the orchestra’s original music, including two cinematic-themed albums. His deep passion for music has driven the creation of innovative productions such as *Shea Arender’s Elvis Journey*, a Grammy Awards® contender for 2024, and *Sons of Mozart*. With a career that spans entertainment, production, and entrepreneurship, Shea has positioned the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra as a leading force in the symphonic pops genre, captivating audiences around the globe.
Steve Rawlins: Music Director
Steve Rawlins, a legendary conductor and renowned arranger for the Academy Awards and Emmy Award ceremonies, has also lent his talents to a wide array of television shows, including *The Crazy Ones*, *24*, and *Jeopardy!*. His performances have taken him across the U.S. and internationally, with notable appearances at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. As a music director, Rawlins has worked with numerous artists and productions, including collaborations with the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra, enhancing its dynamic and versatile performances.
Marina L. Hernandes Esq: Entertainment Attorney & Director of Artistic Review & Orchestration
Marina Hernandes, formerly based in São Paulo, Brazil, has worked extensively with the Latin Grammy community and a wide range of Brazilian and Hispanic artists. She brings over 20 years of proven success to the industry, adding a fresh and culturally rich perspective to our new Artist Program. Her background reflects a deep understanding of artistic and cultural development, and she also serves as an entertainment attorney, specializing in contracts and licensing.
Tyrell Maisón: Director of Artistic Affairs & Special Projects
Tyrell Maisón began his musical journey as a clarinetist with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, but quickly recognized a world of opportunity while touring Europe, particularly in France. There, he began consulting and collaborating on projects that integrated orchestral elements with acid jazz, R&B, and dancehall fusion sounds. Tyrell is a recipient of a Sarabel International Award for music production and development, and he has since found his passion in growing businesses and mentoring other companies in the music and creative industries.
Diahann Hall: Director of Performance Engagements & Corporate Partnerships
Diahann Hall brings over 35 years of experience as a professional singer, entertainer, actor, and dancer to her role with the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra. She also serves as Vice President of Sales for North America with Scarlet Entertainment (UK), leveraging her extensive industry network to elevate every project she touches.
Diahann thrives on building meaningful connections with clients, understanding audiences, and getting to know the makers and shakers behind each event. She excels onsite, ensuring every performance, whether it’s large-scale or intimate, corporate or public, Diahann makes sure it’s flawlessly executed. Her expertise and hands-on approach have been instrumental in shaping and expanding our North American roster, turning visions into awe-inspiring realities.
