This program is designed for artists who already have a completed, professionally recorded song and have always envisioned hearing it with a symphonic backdrop.

How It Works
Artists submit a fully completed song that includes a rhythm section such as vocals, piano, guitar, bass, or drums. Each submission is carefully reviewed and evaluated by the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra team for musical quality, production standards, and orchestral feasibility.
If approved, a representative from the LVSO Board of Directors will personally contact the artist to discuss the project scope, timeline, and pricing. The orchestra then prepares the orchestral charts and records the song using full symphonic instrumentation, incorporating modern production methods where appropriate.
The artist receives a professionally produced orchestral version of their music.
Submission Review and Evaluation
Due to high demand and limited availability, all submissions require a $19.95 review and orchestration feasibility evaluation.
A decision not to move forward with a submission does not reflect the quality of the artist or the value of their music. Some songs may not be selected because their structure, arrangement, or production does not translate effectively to an orchestral setting.
All evaluation decisions are based solely on:
- Orchestral feasibility
- Production readiness
- The ability to realize the composition at the highest professional symphonic level
This process ensures that only serious, production-ready projects are considered, allowing the orchestra’s time and resources to be focused on material that can be realized at the highest professional level.
NOTE:
- The submission review fee does not guarantee acceptance and does not apply toward the recording cost.
- Incomplete songs, demo recordings, or poor-quality submissions will NOT be considered.
- Every submission does receive a Certificate of Evaluation to add to the artist’s music résumé.
Estimated Project Cost if Approved
The estimated cost per approved project ranges from $850 to $4,000, depending on orchestration complexity.
NOTE:
The fee is paid by the artist or their management, and final pricing is discussed directly after approval.

Overview of Available Options Upon Approval
Once your song has been approved, you may choose one of two orchestral production options: Silver Service or Gold Service.
Each option provides a professionally recorded orchestral performance—the difference lies in how deeply the orchestra is integrated, whether remixing/mastering is included, and how the orchestra may be credited.
Silver Service – Orchestral Enhancement
$850 – $1,300
- Your existing, fully mixed track remains unchanged
- A professionally recorded orchestral performance is added to your completed song
- No remixing or remastering is performed
- The orchestral recording is delivered strictly as a production service
- The Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra name may not be used or credited on the final track
Best for:
Artists who want a cinematic orchestral layer added to an already finished song without altering the original mix.
Gold Service – Full Orchestral Integration
$2,000 – $4,500
- You provide all multitrack files and stems
- A custom orchestral arrangement is created specifically for your song
- The track is professionally remixed and mastered to ensure seamless orchestral integration
- The final release is optimized for a cinematic, balanced, and polished sound
- You may officially credit:
“Performed by the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra”
